Custom products need to be designed and quoted by one of our estimators.
You can make use of our online custom quote request form where product sizes, descriptions and requirements can be captured. You can also upload drawings, pictures and other attachments detailing your requirements. Click here.
For the benefit of the online prices and lead-time you will need to order the standard product online and can use our custom quote request form for a quote on the additional custom product(s). The 2 orders will be combined for delivery. For a custom quote request please click here
You can select the “Local Pick-up” option when checking out your order and arrange your own transport from our factory.
Our dispatch controller will make contact once your product(s) are ready for collection.
Our despatch team will gladly assist but please note that the responsibility for adequate loading space, product protection and strapping remains the responsibility of the transporter. Please note that glazed product should ideally travel upright to reduce risk of glass breakage
Installation is easier than you think! But it is dependent on the product type (standard window vs a stacking door for example) and the type of application (breakout and replacement of previous products vs new unplastered openings etc).
Doing it yourself is certainly possible for simpler products like casement windows and sliding doors.
We do however recommend that larger more complicated products like our ‘Vistafold Stacking Doors’ should be installed by an experienced installer.
