Changed your mind?
- You can return your product within 5 days to our factory in Johannesburg, regardless of the chosen delivery method.
- Returns will be refunded or exchanged if unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and condition with your original proof of purchase.
- Any costs incurred during to return the products to a saleable condition will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Defective/Damaged products
- Defective or damaged products will be assessed to determine the best corrective measures – please contact our Sales Office.
- Defective products will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
- You have up to 6 months after receiving the products to report a defect.
Products that cannot be returned or refunded
- Products that were customized to your specific requirements
- Items damaged after collection or delivery and acceptance
- Products not used, assembled and installed according to user manuals and generally accepted fenestration installation methods.
The refund process
- EFT payments are subject to verification of your banking details and take up to 10 days to reflect in your bank account.
